PayDay2 Refund

Is it possible to get a refund on a game i purchased called PayDay2 and how would i do that?

Once you purchase a game from the Xbox Store, a refund is not possible.

 

As above. the terms you agree to when buying through the store do not allow refunds.

However, if it was purchased from a retailer, you would have to contact the company.

 

I think that people are allow one refund request as it says below Microsoft reserves the right to deny any refund request. best to call support.

"All refunds must be requested at the same time through customer support (i.e. one refund request per customer). Proof-of-purchase documentation may be required. Microsoft reserves the right to deny any refund request that it deems to be fraudulent."

 

As mentioned above all Xbox Live Users are allowed one refund request per year!

For you to do this I would suggest you go onto the Xbox Support Chat ASAP to get the refund, they are sometimes very fussy about the way people get refunds.
