PayDay 2 (Update Problem)

PAYDAY2 Problems

Ive been having problems with my payday 2 ever since my last Xbox 360 broke and i bought another one the bane has an update for us will not take effect on the game even though it has clearly been installed i looked on the internet for any way of fixing it
and people have suggested to do certain things like uninstall it the reinstall it and it doesnt work i have done everything that has come to mind and it still has not worked none of the content taht used to work does not work well it doesnt even show up its
getting to me because i payed for the dlc

Hi! In this case it might help to restart both your internet routers by completely unplugging them for 5 minutes. I'm sorry to hear about the issue. When you have a moment and if you haven't already, I would suggest trying these troubleshooting steps below in this specific order.

• Clear your cache three times on your Xbox 360 console.
  
• Turn off your console and unplug it from it's power source for a few minutes.
  
• Plug all of the cords back into the Xbox 360 and turn it on.
• Try playing Payday 2 again as you normally would.

No that hasn't done that trick sadly it just shows the the normal menu when payday first come out no new menu options like infamy that's what i mean by the update not even applying to the game itself i hope you have more ideas of how why can fix this problem.
