    Hello Community,

    I want to buy a game on Xbox One called "Far Cry 5" with my mobile. Last week I bought something with the same methode, but today I can't buy the game. The game cost 70 Euro and the money is on my phone right now. But I cannot buy it?

    What's the problem?

    you mean they steal money the legal way, then put alot of people in caravans..mobile homes because they have lost their jobs because of it, i watched a documentary on this about the americans..who were taking up to 80 thousand dollars a year..lost their
    jobs and ended up in a mobile home or bedsit,because they rented their houses instead of buying or whatever, isnt there a saying..an americans pay check only lasts 2 weeks or something, thats what the americans said on it anyway..bloody awful seeing those
    kids going from near luxury to scruffy mobile homes within a few weeks.

    This happens to me every so often, Everytime it has happened all I hadto do was uninstall and reinstall the appand it works again.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently unable to redeem a code on your Xbox app.

    I might recommend attempting to sign out of the app and sign back in and see if that helps resolve that error code.

    Additionally, if that does not work, the other alternative would be to re-install the app.

    Alternatively, you can try and
    redeem this code online     via the Xbox website and see if this works out for you.

    Hi there! Sorry to hear about what happened. I know how that feels. Let's do our best here to figure this out.

    If I may ask, what happened exactly when you tried to access your games on cloud gaming? Any error code or error message?

    To confirm, are you using the Xbox Game Pass app? How about you try to access cloud gaming via Google Chrome browser or Microsoft Edge browser by going to Xbox.com/play?

    Please also confirm if you have an active Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription via https://account.microsoft.com/services.
