    Hi,

    I want to buy the Xbox game pass for PC. But when I try to pay it the iDEAL option doesn't show up..

    I have linked my bank with my Microsoft account, but every time I am at the checkout in the Microsoft store it doesn't let me use the option

    I have searched around but couldn't really find an answer.

    Can someone maybe help? Thanks

    Hello Eremo,

    iDEAL is not supported on Microsoft Store.

    The actual supported Payment Methods are :

    • Credit cards.
    • Prepaid credit cards.
    • Debit cards (not available in all regions)
    • PayPal accounts (not available in all regions)
    • Direct debit (Germany only)

    Hi Nikolas,

    So when I tried to check out it wouldn't let me use iDEAL and for some reason the currency was set to £.

    But when I searched up on my computer which region it was set in, it showed up to be from the UK. So as soon as I changed that

    to the Netherlands the currency changed to € and I was able to check out with iDEAL.

    So I think you should check on your PC if the region is set to the Netherlands.

    Microsoft doesn't have Ideal and most people don't use and have never heard of this
    Oh my bad. I guess I must be imagining this then.
