Pay what you owe XBOX

Back in April I purchased two 30 dollar Microsoft Cards for my xbox live onto one receipt and was not given a credit of 5 dollars per every 15 dollar value onto my xbox account as promised by the special promotional going on XBOX.com. I was only rewarded
with a five dollar credit. I am missing 15 more to that credit amount. Will someone please assist.

Suspended subscription. Unable to try another payment option.

You need to phone support for your region & pay what you owe over the phone.

If you are having trouble with account things I would try talking to support. Do you have an evidence of the promotion still? That may help but I bet they know what promotion your talking about

Check out the promo's FAQ and fill out the form at the bottom of the page.

Select "Where's my gift card?" from the dropdown.

You can cancel it once you pay off what you owe.

Hello, I'm confused did you have Xbox live on auto renewal all those months and you wasn't paying for it??? IF the answer is yes to that then you owe those months. If not then just the $14.99 is due. You can also look on your microsoft account and look
under subscriptions and billing to see what you owe. If not I wouldn't pay for anything yet and speak with a live representative to see what you actually owe. I know its a very hard process to get in contact with them but it is someone who will pick up eventually.
