Your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

So if you only recently made those purchases, we have not received that data yet.

There really is nothing negative about fast-leveling. You can save your perks for later and you're increasing your HP, Magicka, or Stamina. I don't really see the negative in this. It's not like "I'm lvl. 20 so I'm going to up the difficulty to Expert yeah!"
I still do regular quests that I'm supposed to. Plus smithing and I kill a lot of stuff. Best of both worlds.

I have a tendency to mess it up after a while, so I can't look away from the screen. If I could watch TV while doing it it would be fine, but I have to watch what I'm doing the entire time.
