Pay twice a game?

Hey, guys! What games are you unable to see? For a full list of the games that are available, you will want to check out our
Back Compat page. If the games you are missing are showing there, check out your purchase history on
commerce.microsoft.com to see if you can see your purchase there. If you cannot, and you are sure you purchased it digitally, then
please contact us for a phone agent to look into your licenses.

If you purchased a physical copy of the games, then you will need to insert the disc to install it. If you no longer own the disc, then you will need to purchase the game again. Thanks!

Don't think it was a free play weekend, because I had the game for over a year. Anyway I will try to contact the support. Thanks

As mentioned above we recommend checking your order history. At the top you can change how far back it goes. It is 3 months, 6 months, and all. If still having issues, you can request a call from support to assist you.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I had the version 360. Then I downloaded the One version. It was available in the section " game ready to install".
