I have read revewis of this game and people talk about even after you buy disc and the live account you still have a monthy fee to play after 30 days . Anyone know about this ??

Unable to change gamertag for free

You are allowed to change your name for free once and it has to be within the first 30 days of creation. After 30 days you will need to pay.

Xbox live gamertag

30 days from when you created your account for the first time after 30 days goes buy you loose the option to change it for free and will have to pay for it.

Well, yes, the game is a subscription not free to play. It has always been thus and has no intention of changing in the foreseeable future. The only difference between the Xbox and PS4 or PC is that Xbox still requires a Gold membership to play. That could
change if enough people grouse about it but I doubt it. Microsoft doesn't need ESO players to stay viable.

It's a subscription based always online game. To play initially, you must have a visa or some credit card on file EVEN for the free 30 days to start.

You can cancel prior to the free 30 day period ending but if not expect to pay $15/month.

This is based on my experience of pre-ordering the PC digital game and playing it for a few months.
