I cannot believe I purchase all my Microsoft products, and cannot play a game without PAYING again!! Microsoft, you are unreal! I love my Microsoft office products, and pay for them. But you want me to PAY to play your games......................NO THANK
YOU!!

Anyone with me on this? It's not like I win real money when I play, but you expect me to pay nope!!

If I understand you correctly you tried to enter a pre-paid code onto your account, but are unable to due to a past due balance.

If that is the case, then the past due balance will have to be remedied before the code can be entered. A past due subscription balance can happen when a subscription (trial or for full service) automatic renewal is not stopped/cancelled before the date
it is to end.
