hi,

2 weeks ago a special offer convince me to buy the game "dishonored" , and finally in agust the game is free.

i feel microsoft is cheating, with their offers.

i m really disappointed with this, do special offer just before giving it? after my long fidelity with the first and 2nd xbox..

:)

Never ordering my games from the microsoft store again...
If they can't get it out the door to arrive on release day, then why can't they ship it 2 day like Amazon offers for free?
Unless Amazon ran a special promo for Infinite, free two-day shipping is only for Prime members. It's technically
not "free", it's $80/yr for Prime.
And now we see
why you use MS instead of Amazon.
Game release days are Tuesday. If you're getting it Friday, that means it's three days late, not four.
Three day delay.
Why would they? You already received a 1600 MSP code.
They offer that for some games, not all.
Most online ordering is like this, unless you want to pay extra for release date or two-day shipping.

What do you think Microsoft should do with Xbox Live 10th anniversary!
10 days of giving away free content. (1 per day)
Good idea! They could also offer a free special 10th anniversary avatar clothing, avatar props, gamerpics, and themes. Maybe have a free XBL Gold Week (instead of just a weekend).

They are not cheating anyone. It's simply a promotion that is being held.

Just to cover it: You cannot get a refund due to this if you were going to attempt at finding it.

so check it out. I had the same concern. I played Dishonored at my cousins house and wanted to buy it but I'm too broke to just buy every game I like for full price because I like most games and would be bankrupt in a month. So when i saw it on sale for
75% off (it was around 7 bucks with tax) I thought sweet what a great deal, which it was, and bought it. It's not just simply a promotion xTye and you should feel cheated XX Crazyel XX because I'm assuming there must've been so many hands and eyes on the coordination
of sales and promotion that someone would've seen this and corrected it. Honestly, who wouldn't feel hustled if they got something 75% off just to have it 100% off in such a short time span.

But don't lose hope. Use the support systems Xbox puts in place. I had the support team call me with request a call and you know what I got? I got the reason why I chose Xbox in the first place and why I can justify my subscription. Did it take a while?
Yes. were there cold souless robot answering machines? Yes. But i got my grievance heard. Not only that, I got resolution to the problem and some of the best customer service I've ever had in the gaming industry. XX Crazyel XX, my advice is let them know.
Call, email, spam if you need to, but I'm sure you wont ever need to resort to that. The call I had with one of their support representatives showed me that Xbox DOES CARE ABOUT YOUR FEEDBACK. They want your support (and yes they want your money) but they
want to know when they mess up and let you down so they can learn from their mistakes so that they can better support us so that they can earn our support. They want to give you a reason to stay with Xbox and I think if you continue to look into getting some
resolution for your complaint you will be satisfied.

Free games this month are pretty rad.

Thanks Microsoft. You had Dishonored on a huge sale a week or so ago, so I bought it as it was a game on my list. Then a week later you announce that it's going to be free? F you

Destiny 2 Purchased (Now its free?)

Good luck with that.

Sorry but you purchased it at a time it wasnt free and got x amount of time playing it. Like if you buy s game and 2 weeks later it's in a sale it's just unlucky.
