    Pay for repair?


    hello im from germany

    i have a Problem with my Controller.the left trigger stucks a bit if i push it down.The sticks stuck a bit if i move them.Ingame my player ist looking up right without doing anything.

    the thing is that i have to pay over 15€ ~20$ onyl for shipping!

    the shipping cost from germany to czech republic ist to high for a bad manufactured controller.

    is there antoher way?

    i need a new controller and i dont want to pay so much.

    im not alone with this problem!

    you don't need the gun skin , the achievement is for a whole team using the character skin

    pay for shipping....

    Did you recently buy the Xbox One? You have 45 days to get the extended warranty. I think you still have to pay for shipping on it, but it's sure better than buying a new controller.

    Did you recently buy the Xbox One? You have 45 days to get the extended warranty. I think you still have to pay for shipping on it, but it's sure better than buying a new controller.

    Hey Kevin,

    I apologise deeply for the inconvenience you have experienced as part of the Xbox Support system, I know it must be difficult to be told to pay for an issue that you reported whilst you were still in warranty.

    At this point, there isn't much we can do on the Community Support Forums, except wait for an Official Staff member to drop-by and look into what can be done.

    Of course - the right action would be to waiver the replacement fee, as the issue was reported numerous times during the warranty period, however, it is at Microsoft's discretion as to whether this takes place.
