Pay for past due subscriptions PLEASE HELP :(

I have been trying to pay for an XBOX live gold past due subscription (payment failed as I changed phone providers) for over a week now. I keep getting 'something went wrong' error messages when they are processing it. I have tried multiple ways of payments
and devices so it seems to be a MS issue, not mine. The support is equally awful - error messages when requesting calls backs or a virtual assistant who is no help at all.

My son would like to use xbox live again sometime this year!!

Regarding overdue payments, they have to be done with a valid Creditcard or PayPal. If you have any issues with that, then you have to reach out to
support.xbox.com to get the payment issues resolved.
