    Im canceled my autorenawal it turned off but still pay for nothing!!! im not using xbox live why should i pay for this.CANCEL MY Auto renewal immediately!!

    i went and logged in to Xbox live but it said I couldn't because I had to pay for my xbox live. So I went online to check my subscription and it said I had to pay $21 since I didn't pay the auto renewal. But my main problem is, I went and cancelled my auto
    renewal right as I got the subscription and for some reason it's saying I have to pay for my live. WHAT THE HELL!!!! Someone help me!

    No. Gold can only be purchased via credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card from a retailer.

    My mind is blown. It works now. I had been able to enter my credit card in the microsoft account, but xbox live wouldn't pick it up and entering it fresh there didn't work because of the province/state thing. In frustration I took the 1 month free (why
    not before? well, I didn't want to get nailed on monthly renewals rather than the 1 year discount). All of a sudden, it imports my credit card from microsoft and allows me to pay for the 1 year renewal. Go figure.
