Pay for game and don't receive it

Yesterday I payed 789 rubles for minecraft and after I cannot find it in my Games section in Xbox. Why?

I'm actually interested in this game and willing to pay the million pounds for it but will i actually receive the game?

IVP6 on Virgin Media

as a gamer for while now on Xbox. I've recently found out from my network provider that to receive the updated version from IVP4 it's only available for business customers. I'm a residential customer and if i want it I've got to pay extra for it. Why? the
technology has been available now for a considerable time. don't we pay enough now to have decent download speeds!

Hey dude,

What I would do, is have a look in your account history on the Microsoft site, and see if the purchase has gone through or not, which you can do here:
commerce.microsoft.com/PaymentHub

At the top of that screen you'll see your Billing Overview, which will show your most recent purchases at the top.

If it is on there, you should simply be able to download the game, if not then that means the purchase didn't go through and will need to be made again

Hey buddy,

I wouldn't post up an image like that on the public forums, as it contains some info thats probalby not good to release A mod should remove that for us though.

That does answer the question however, as you can see there that you have paid for it and then it has come back into your account. So it would appear that an error has occured and the purchase didn't go through. It should only show once on that page, and
not twice. When an error occurs like that, the refund automatically comes back to you.

So the bottom line is you paying for it, and the top line is it coming back because it errored out (or something went wrong). So you should be ok to just buy it again, as you technically have no been charged for it yet

If you are still worried, you can always check your credit card statement, and you should see that you haven't been charged

I'm sorry you're experiencing that issue. You can try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve it.

Restart or power cycle your Xbox console

1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important. Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Please make sure you log in to the account where you made the purchase. If you have multiple accounts, be sure to log in to each one and review your purchase history.

Be sure to check if the game is available by going to My Apps & Games, See all. Under Full library/Owned games, you’ll see all games that you own with the profile that’s signed in to the console.

If you still aren’t seeing your game, sign out and then sign back in. To do so, press the Xbox button, and then go to Profile & system, and Sign out. After you’re signed back in, use the steps above to check for the content again.

Hiya!!

Apparently XBOX servers are having some issues right now with various areas. I'm sure that Microsoft is fully aware of the situation and are working on a resolution to correct the problem..

Hi, I have read through your post and fully understand your situation and the Xbox Ambassadors are here to help.

At the moment Xbox is experiencing some issues being reported of achievements not unlocking for some. At this moment no new information is available, but recommend checking twitter and Xbox status for any updates and changes.

All I know is that things seem to be fixed (at least for me) because I just unlocked an achievement.

Keep in mind that it can take a couple days for achievements to unlocked.

Sorry your achievement didn't unlock but theres not much you can do except hope they fix it

Hi There,

Achievements will mostly unlock on their own given enough time, however you can kickstart the process by removing and adding your account back. This should resync your profile to the servers.
