    Pay debit


    I no longer have a card and would like to pay the subscription fee in another way. We bought the gift card and the same is not being accepted, this is giving error in the code. At Saraiva shop we bought were not responsible and nothing was done to help.
    How to solve this?

    Xbox Downloadable Games Coming to Retail.

    We might start buying the downloadable games this way, too. We had debit card info stolen earlier this year and now we pay with cash as much as possible. It would be nice to get downloadable stuff at say, Wal-Mart or Gamestop with cash instead of having to store credit/debit card info online.

    Subscription not payed

    I had to cancel my credit master card and I have to pay 50 reais (Brazil) I tried pay with the debit master card but the bank didn't permit what I do? Brazillians only can pay subscriptions not payed with credit/debit cards.

    Unfortunately I can't see what the specific error code is to give you the best response. I'll respond with the most common payment option issue responses.

    If you're trying to pay a
    past due balance    , that has to be settled before any code be added to the account.

    Also, currency on an account cannot be used to pay a subscription fee. That's why there are Live (1, 3, 6, 9, 12-month) cards sold at stores.

    PayPal, if supported in your region, may be your only option if you do not have a credit/debit card.
