    Pay by phone isn't working for me on the Xbox One store.


    I'm seeking help with an issue about a payment option. There is a payment option for phones now on the Xbox One. I don't know how long this has been here, but I noticed it and thought I would give it a try. I've already set up and verified my number. However,
    whenever I go to the store and try to purchase a game or even in-game products/services, the payment option for my phone is grayed out. Thus I can't pay with my phone.

    I've already contacted my provider - and there are no issues on their end with making third party transactions. Aka being able to purchase games, music, tv, in-game/app purchases.

    I just want to understand why "Pay by Phone" is an option on "Xbox One" if it won't even allow me to follow through with a transaction. (Yes I've made other third party transactions outside of Xbox completely fine)

    Please help me....take my money Microsoft! I know you love it! Pay by phone isn't working for me on the Xbox One store. :)

    Can't sign in due to this 80151103 code error but it's only with my account not others

    i only have one question i won't be able to call for a while because I don't have a phone and my mom isn't working so she can't pay the house phone so is their another way for me to try and fix this

    ^isn't that what people are doing here on the support-forums?

    Chat function doesn't work in my country, twitter support took 10 hours to tell me to try phone, phone wasn't available yersterday, nor now for that matter, heck I even tried on Facebook with no luck..

    In short I have been trying since sunday to get some kind of support out of Microsoft in many ways now and all I have gotten out of that is advice to try one one of the other ways that isn't available for me in Denmark..

    It's amazing that such a large company with so much revenue pays so little attention to their customers when they are in need of help, because the service we pay for isn't avaible to us
