So now you are comparing the US to a third world country.As for lumping apps and multi player together.Yes. You are paying one fee.They don't give you an option to just pay for multiplayer or just apps if you want only those.So you agree.You dont pay for
Perks.Then why arnt those Perks you keep talking about(apps) available for silver members??

that support Apps. That's it.

Since Microsoft is big on apps now, they should have an Ad Block app. I'd pay for that.

What you are really paying for is the ability to play games online also having the ability to purchase DLC's, Avatar marketplace, and movies from xbox video. Apps got thrown in for free for GOLD members, so you you want to have access to the apps you have
to go GOLD. Basically why microsoft did is took all the cool stuff and thrown it into GOLD, but on the flipside of it all I can see why some people feel they are paying to use apps because of the simple fact that the never really cared for online gaming. But
as I said before aside from playing games online there is the avatar marketplace, and game marketplace and the apps fall under those categories. Also I feel like this if you are paying for apps should not the price of your GOLD subscription be doubled? Why
are us GOLD members still paying the same amount for GOLD we have always been paying if we are so called "paying for apps" so technically we are not paying for them which proves my point that apps get thrown in for free for GOLD members. Also us paying for
GOLD gives us added and better security and less chances of XBL network being hacked like sony did.
