Paw Patrol Grad Prix crashes constantly with LowLevelFatalError

hello. Reported the issue to the game developer. Looks like it was patched today. I also did not run with the error, but after the update it runs normally. Check it out.

Sorry I took a while to get back to you on this.

So iv gone and done a fresh install of windows on the current stable build. (The things we do for our kids 🤣🤦‍♂️)

Everything is all updated (graphics drivers and windows updates ect..)

But the exact same problem still persists.

The only thing I can tell is this file path -> D:/PawRace/Engine/Source/Runtime/D3D12RHI/Private/D3D12CommandList.cpp:154 dosnt exist on my system.

The file and/or the location are nowhere to be found.

And the file path where the game is actually located is definitely not the one this error is pointing to.

The folder structure is entirely different and the files it's referring to simply do not exist on my system.

I fear at this point I'm out of ideas and will sadly have to deal with the never ending complaints from my daughter about how daddy won't let her play paw patrol 🤣

If you have any more ideas that would be amazing. If not though, thanks for your help trying to solve this issue buddy.

Thanks, exists the possibility that the Insider build is the one causing the problem

Please try leaving the program first and go back to an stable Windows build

After that, give it a new try

In the meantime and if you can, try downloading and testing the game on a PC with an stable Windows build

it looks like it could be a video driver issue. you need to uninstall your video drivers. then reboot your system, then downloadyour driver and reinstall it.

This is the only game iv ever encountered this error on. Every other game works perfectly fine.

I'm running Windows 11 latest build

The game is installed from the xbox app.

This game has behaved exactly like this since day 1 of release.

Open game, everything runs smooth right until you try to start a race and then it crashes with that error code every single time

To try solve the issue iv done every possible solution even remotely related to this error code when you google it.

Disabling/enabling hyper v ect. Fiddling with dpi settings,

running as admin,

changing it so the game is forced to launch using my 6700xt instead of the onboard 3d,

tried multiple resolutions full screen n windowed.

And there was a few other things iv tried like changing freesync on/off and various other 3d card related settings.)

Iv reinstalled graphics drivers,

Iv reinstalled the game multiple times on both drives that I have.

Nothing fixes the crashing

System is fully updated.

All drivers are the latest builds. (I've tried multiple graphics drivers)

It's been like this through the last 2 or 3 Windows insider beta updates

I'm honestly clueless at this point.

Any help is greatly appreciated
