    I would like to be able to pause my Xbox live so that it doesn't run when i can't use my account for a period of time because then i'm wasting my money. Since i can't pause my account it makes me not want to buy Xbox live because if i can't use it it's a
    waste of my money

    anyone not able to pause live TV on a Tivo? The oneguide works fine, and when I say 'xbox pause' the pause icon comes up so its recognising it, but it just isn't doing anything.

    Are you sure that using those cards pausing the tenure tally? Where did you find your join date?

    Yep, the Xbox One communicates with my DVR/cable box just fine for every other command except for pausing live tv.. It turns my cable box off/on automatically, it changes channels, etc. I just can't get it to pause live television..

    There is no way pause the time for xbl or game pass you already paid for. You could turn the auto renew for the subscriptions you have.
