    Paused Downloads disappear


    I have a problem that's been happening recently. I will queue up a couple games and then pause them so I can play a game until I'm ready to go to sleep. I had a few already at a couple gigs. I paused all, played, and when I tried to resume they were all gone from the queue, and I had to restart them all from scratch. This has never happened before, but it happens every time now.

    Anyone else having this problem?

    I see. You might want to try and check if the issue still persist without the external hard drive because in most cases, it can cause issues like this.

    I do have an external hard drive plugged in. It started doing this when I formatted the hard drive.

    Do you have an external hard drive plugged in to the console right now? You might also want to try doing a factory reset without removing any games and apps on your console.
