    Disconnecting pattern

    when i first come online and join parties i disconnect after coming back online its fine. after starting a game for the first time after turning on my xbox i disconnect after reconnecting im fine any ideas also my internet is pretty good and im fine on my
    laptop and everything i think it may be a console problem

    Disconnecting pattern

    It's very unlikely a console problem, however it is likely that it could be a corrupted profile problem. Here's what I want you to do: Download your profile following these instructions

    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete    . You don't need to delete your profile at all, just download it. See if that helps you out. If it doesn't, we may want to take a look at the router you have or if you have anything that can cause wireless interference
    if you are wireless. Even though your laptop connects up just fine, the Xbox is way more sensitive to internet problems than your laptop is. Let me know how this goes!
