    Microsoft - You sold me a COMPLETELY defective item (Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter) that I previously displayed my distaste with in a previous post and asked for any solutions if any - and I get nothing? What is this? A joke? I'm seriously disappointed
    in the lack of help I am receiving as you force me to buy an adapter so I can use my Astro A40 headset that I've had for SIX YEARS and it won't work at all? The best solution I saw is to get a NEW CONTROLLER? What is this? Really?

    Customer Support is pathetic.

    I've been hung up on twice!

    Microsoft doesn't care that they messed up Halo Wars 2!

    Customer support refused to connect me to management!

    15 years as a loyal Xbox customer appreciation by screwing me out of $90!

    This is a very old thread and I apologize for the long wait. But you have to understand that when posting on the Xbox360 forums, the majority of people who will respond is an Xbox Community Ambassador. An Xbox Community Ambassador is a volunteer for the
    community. Sometimes we do not know every error and everything that is going on so most look past that thread. Official Xbox 360 Support will post on the forums every now and again, they try their hardest. But remember, they also have phone support to deal
    with. If you want to contact a Xbox 360 Support representative, please call: 1-800-4my-xbox. Again, I am sorry that sometimes you will get late responses and how frustrating it can be. If it was possible for me, I would give you a better game than 2 free games
    for a 5 year old.

    All i ever get is wait wait longer wait some more over a 6yr spand of waiting now im waiting again and to boot ea sports got me waiting because of xbox . ive spoke with at least 5 escalation members, wait some more. My paience is gone....I have
    a job so i dont get to get on the internet all the time ,instead of connecting live with me insteadof the waiting[ esc team] .

    same problem but i waited 8 months and their compensation was 2 free games for a 5 yr old . how insulting .i would not reccomend xbox for nothing or too anyone .If i didnt have so much wrapped up in my 360 i would take it outsid and stomp it into
    pieces . Thanks xbox for nothing.
