    Hi,

    I posted a couple of days ago about my bricked Alpha Ski Ahead ring xbox one x and was wondering if there's an actual path to contact the support team and get a response? On another thread in another group someone claimed to have had the same problem and reached out to xbihelp@microsoft.com who got them an offline build that would work but for me that e-mail bounces back saying they are not accepting e-mail from non-authorized e-mail accounts. The "ask an expert" option just tells me to post here. I'm kind of at a loss.

    I wont reiterate beyond an E101 that gets stuck in a terminal loop, cant' reset crashes back to E101 at 7%. I've since dropped out of the program since that helped some people but no luck. It's dying before the phone home phase of boot so it's stuck there.

    Any help would be really appreciated.
