Path of exile, i spend 9.99 euro with tax but no reward?

Dear support,There is currently an event of Microsoft going on where u can earn a arcane pack when u spend at least 10 euro in game.

Thats what i did on xbox one, at least, 9.99 euro for 100 coins in game.

I did not receive a code, and i feel sad about it.

Especially since i traded my physical copy of an other game to be able to afford the 10 euro xbox live card to make this purchase. I know it sounds cheap, but i really did.

Is there a solution for this problem or do i need to contact grinding gears for this reward? Il add a screenshot for a reference to this event.

Still no reward for Path of Exile!

More then 96 hours passed and i did not receive my reward for Path of Exile.

I spend 9.99 euro for 100 coins.

Can u please solve this matter..

Purchased the Path of Exile First Blood Bundle \ No reward

Hello, I recently seen this posting on rewards.xbox.com

On February 27th I purchased the Path of Exile First Blood Bundle for $19.99 and haven't received the Arcane Bundle. I'm not sure about the time frame that rewards are given but I just want to make sure I'm going to receive the reward.

offer that will prompt you to redeem your Reward and that will take you to a page where all of your prize tokens will be listed. Please note that it can take up to 96 hours after the offer has been successfully completed for it to appear on the site.

You purchased that item today.

While a purchase of consumables (in-game currency) will be eligible for the other FREEdom offers, in-game purchases using that currency are not eligible for any FREEdom offer, including the add-on offer, as specified in the FAQ:

Buy add-on content for Path of Exile: Spend at least $10 before tax on digital add-on content for Path of Exile in the Microsoft Store by February 28. Add-on content includes but is not limited to gem/coin packages, additional skins, featured maps, etc.
This does not include purchases made within the game, as well as purchases made using premium or earned currency.
