    Patch 1.03 causing TV stutter


    Since the release of patch 1.03 having the game running in the background and watching TV causes the TV feed to stutter, closing the game rectifies the problem.

    Could this be caused by the 30 fps lock?

    Live tv stutter is due to 60hz output...

    Guys think we have found the issue with tv stutter thru xb1, uk tv is pal 50hz and xbox one is default 60z causing slight stutter, the only thing that can fix this is a patch for xbox one to default to 50hz when using tv in full screen mode, this is a
    uk problem no hdmi cable will fix it. Ms need to patch asap not sure how easy that is or if they can at all but major issue for uk xb1 users.

    Blu-ray 50 Hz for North America?

    50Hz is especially for European TVs, in the beginning (before the patch), X1 only sent out in 60Hz and Europeans got stutter on their TV
