Past redeemed games not showing on one of my Xbox One console Game List (library)!!

I did try and go to the store using the browser on my PC (using my account where i redeemed them and where i have all the rest of the games) but it shows not purchased. It only shows purchased on my original XBOX One.

I didn't tried to remove the profile yet cause i need to backup the saves or i will loose some important ones. But will do that for sure. Also not sure if i will loose the data if removing the profile or if the data will be still there, cause i never done it.

Another note, my orders history only shows till the date November 2017 it doesn't goes back to 2014 that whas when i redeemed them (think that was late 2014 or January 2015 at most, around that time) nor it shows the gold sub's i did back then, it only shows
till November 2017 my orders history or billing. But i think that Microsoft should know where the codes were redeemed (i mean console and account) cause i still have them, so, i think that's not a problem.

Once more, thanks for all your help, will try and take the profile off and see what happens when i re-download it again (after of course the restart).

Digital codes are associated with the account on which you redeemed the code that's why they are showing on one console not other

licenses. I
would definitely contact an actual Live support agent so that they can go through your Microsoft account, Xbox game license history.

They'll be able
to go back in time
and confirm the entire list of all the games (360 and Xbox one) that you've ever owned.

Only support agent will be able to help with this. We on the forums don't have the tools to help with this.

request a callback, follow these steps:

Once they call, explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Is it possible that you had a different account back then and redeemed the game on that account.

If you first sign in with an account to a console, that console becomes that account's Home Console.

So since your old console is the Home Console of that old account, the games are shown there.

Then you (accidentally) created a new Microsoft Account, and used that. Since the game is shared to the old account's Home Console, you could install it on that console with all other accounts.

If it doesn't show up in your purchase history, I'd assume that you used the codes on a different account without knowing.

In that case, you should
contact the official support.

If you are in fact signed into the same account you made the redemption on, and you can prove your transaction history on your account. You will need to contract Microsoft support.
