Past Purchases

Only Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. We cannot reward activity done before being a Rewards member, as stated in the FAQ:

Although DLC content is available for backwards compatible games it is up the game publisher to release these for access with backwards compatible games. In this case if you did not receive all the content I would advise that you reach out to
Electronig Arts Support for further assistance, you may just need to purchase the content again if you don't already have it.

What confuses me is that 90% of my purchases done prier to 2015, come up as "Points Purchase" and don't show what I used those points on, which is most likely the arcade games I'm missing

What Minecraft version are you trying to play? Java or for Windows?

Also, if you sign in on the Minecraft website with your Microsoft account, does it show that you have the version of Minecraft that you are trying to play?
