    Past enforcment preventing me from becoming an Ambassador again.


    Hi I was wondering how long past enforcement takes to clear from your account, and if not why not?

    how silly would it look if I went to say 30 tried to apply and its like sorry previous enforcement for something I did when I was 15.

    currently my past enforcement has been with me for 2 years and I know people that have had it longer but as someone that used to be an ambassador that loved helping people whenever they had the chance to going to basically nothing because I spammed my friends
    some game invites and we all used to do it for a laugh.

    So what enrollment is basically saying is you are the same person as you were 2 or more years ago. you haven't changed. Sorry but that need to be updated and looked at, why isn't it possible for mods to approve and reject applications depending on the severity
    of enforcement previously taken?

    Another thing to note also is the Ambassador program needs looking at because 10-15 year olds are ambassadors when it clearly says you have to be 16 to join. no wonder more people go to the Xbox support in comparison to the ambassador chat because they want
    support from people that aren't children. (I'm not saying all ambassadors are children but there is a lot of younger people there because they set the age wrong on their account like most people do anyway.)

    Basically what I'm asking is for someone higher up to look at the program and the enrollment process. and look at possibilities to improve it. e.g. allowing mods to approve and reject applicants based on the severity of past enforcment. or more vigorous
    means of getting a true age e.g. linking to an Email or Facebook account.

    Xbox Ambassador problems

    I have ambassador profile, but don't receive any questions from the bot and when I go to enforcment united it says I'm not an ambassador, so if there is no other way to fix this, then I'll just delete my profile (if possible) and join the program again.
    Any suggestions?

    Actually to become an ambassador you can't have any prior enforcement on your account, not just in the past 10 months.

    Have you had any enforcement action on your account in the past year? If not then you should be able to join without any issues. Just remember if you get any enforcement action on your account if you become an ambassador, then you will be removed from
    the program, and no longer be able to join.

    Enforcement actions are not removed from your history. Unless the ambassador requirements change in the future, you will not be able to become an ambassador.
