Past Due

I have an overdue payment for Xbox Game Pass, however I was under the impression that I cancelled the subscription. I am currently unemployed and can not afford the £7.99 to come out of my account. Is there anything that can be done about this?

It clearly tells you that you will be charged on the due date if you don't turn auto renewal off.

You can also check what subscriptions you have via your console.

You would need to contact support
here for anything billing related as they are the only ones with access to your billing & account info.

I bought a month of game pass last month when it was only £1 for a whole month, I checked today at my memberships section two days after it should have ended and saw that I still had access to the game pass, and said I was past due with a payment of £6.66.
I didn’t think that it would charge me if I didn’t have the required balance in my Microsoft balance like Netflix for example, I’m not going to use the service for this month so I dont see why I need to pay the £6.66 any chance this can knocked off or something.

If you can’t do this can you just make it more obvious how you plan on charging people uses our services as I didn’t know it would still charge me even though I don’t have the funds, seems like a cheap way of profiting off people that are unaware of the
services they have signed up to. Didn’t receive any warnings or notifications leading up to or after neither.

I hope you can help me or improve the services you provide, really disappointing to find this out leading up to Christmas as well, may seem like a small fee but it’s a fee for something I’m not gonna use.

 

I think you'll have to pay the past due or your account could be suspended.

If the service has been renewed, the payment will remain on standby until there's no money on the credit card (or other payment method). Try to

contact support directly to explain the problem.

For security, check your
order history to see if the service has been renewed.
