Past due Yearly subcription.

Now, I don't want to complain if the problem can be fixed but hear it is. I had an auto renewing yearly subscription December 26, but a couple weeks before I turned it off. I have no Idea why it turned on, but what I do know is that now I am having to
pay for a yearly subscription I don't want, because it past due of payment, and now suspended. Any pointers or is everyone just going to tell me to just pay the sixty dollars that didn't go through credit card because I don't have the money to pay for it.
Thanks for the answers and I hope to resolve this as quirk as possible.

If you cancel the subscription not to long after the billing cycle started, it should offer you an option to automatically get a refund for it, but if it doesn't, then like he said above, be sure to contact support.

the best thing to do would be to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us You should be able to explain that you turned off auto-renewal and
should not have been billed and hopefully they can remove the past due paymetn.

Hi, since now you have an overdue payment you will need to pay for the old subscription prior to cancel/renew your EA Access subscription... since you forgot to cancel the recurring billing and you don't want to use the EA Access you can try to ask to

And you are supposed to get 250 credits for monthly subsciption.
