Past due xbox gold subscription

do is to pay past due subscription.

Can you check it is not your Xbox live Gold subscription that has expired and you have a past due balance outstanding and this is preventing you from accessing multiplayer?

Normally outstanding balances must always be paid before anything regarding the billing account or subscription can be done. If you go and call/find a link to the customer support for billing and stuff you may be able to find some a work-around. However,
you'd probably have to pay what you owe first if I am interpreting this right.

You will need to contact official xbox Support so they can help you to pay you past due.
