    Past due subcription


    I would've liked to email customer support directly but it seems that there is no way to do this. I cancelled my old debit card and the ultimate game pass subsequently wasn't able to renew(thankfully). I don't want this service and already have a 1-year
    gold subscription digital code. However, I can't redeem the gold membership with an error saying "You already own this. There's a past-due balance on this subscription.". I need this subscription I didn't consent to
    auto-renew to be cancelled so I can redeem the gold membership, but there is no way for me to do this on my end. The "manage" link under the subscription only brings me to a page with a "pay now" link. What do I need to do to have the ultimate game pass subscription
    removed?

    Past due Yearly subcription.

    If you cancel the subscription not to long after the billing cycle started, it should offer you an option to automatically get a refund for it, but if it doesn't, then like he said above, be sure to contact support.

    Hi, since now you have an overdue payment you will need to pay for the old subscription prior to cancel/renew your EA Access subscription... since you forgot to cancel the recurring billing and you don't want to use the EA Access you can try to ask to

    the best thing to do would be to contact support and speak to billing. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us You should be able to explain that you turned off auto-renewal and
    should not have been billed and hopefully they can remove the past due paymetn.
