    This is really annoying me. So i havent any money in my bank account and on the 21st of march my gamepass ran out. I had no access to it or the games i had downloaded. Now im selling my xbox andbhave to remove my bank details but my gamepass subscription
    says its 8€ past due. I cant cancel it or remove my bank details or even change my payment method. How can i be charged 8€ for a period of time that i had no access to gamepass. I payed for each month i used it now apparently ive to pay for the majorty of
    this month that i couldnt even use it for. Ill set up a new bank account before i pay that 8€ so tell me how to cancel the subscription without paying it. Im not paying 8€ for nothing. I would understand if i had access to gamepass for this time period but
    i didnt so dont try scam me out of money

    Its actually the full 10€ , it says 8 something but then adds tax to bring it up to 10 like it usially is. Its definitely for gamepass , its not letting me cancel the subscription without paying. I cant remove my debit card either because that moneys owed.
    Like i dont want another month of gamepass. I havent payed for it nor have i gotten it so why cant i just cancel it

    The service is prepaid, not postpaid. That means you pay for the month you're about to use, instead of paying for what you did use. Your sole options in this case are either the past-due payment page and paying the balance or speaking directly to Support
    and pleading your case.

    Have you looked at your account history to confirm that this charge is indeed your Game Pass subscription, or that it may be something completely different? If you don't recognize the charge at all, you would definitely want to contact
    Xbox Live Support first.

    The thing is my gamepass stopped working when my month was up, this 8€ past due has been added to my account after my gamepass stopped and i had no access to it so that 8€ is a charge for time i didnt have it

    If your account was set for auto renewal that is why it went past due. It tried to renew but the funds were not available. You can contact
    Xbox Support to see if they can assist you. Not sure why you think this is a rip off. They were just following your instructions.
