    Hi there,

    I forgot to put money in my Microsoft account and as a result my bill was unpaid.

    As i live in Thailand, i can only use coupons to subscribe.

    I purchased a new coupon, paid, redeemed, but now cannot pay anymore using the Microsoft Account. Not having a credit card registered in the us, it's a problem...

    Anyone has a solution?

    It sounds like you have $4.12 in your Microsoft account balance (which you can check at http://commerce.microsoft.com) so if you use that, you will only need to pay the $6.76 on your card.

    you'll need to use other payment methods, you can't buy xbox live with your account balance.
