    hello, my girlfriend got an xbox and had 3 free months, which was redeemed, after the 3 months were up it tried to auto-renew the subscription... which is fine, in the process she changed her card therefor the payment didn't
    go through, and she didn't get the 3 months, which is perfectly fine, the problem now is it says there's a past due fee for no reason and that we owe $50 and can't do anything until we pay it... how do I get this off even if we don't owe anything??

    It sounds like you have $4.12 in your Microsoft account balance (which you can check at http://commerce.microsoft.com) so if you use that, you will only need to pay the $6.76 on your card.
