Past Due Payment

Hello. I bought xbox live gold membership few months ago. Today I wanted to order it again but I noticed a PAST DUO payment for 10.88$ in my account and I have to pay it. Will I get another gold membership after paying it? Or I should pay another 10.88$
for gold after paying this?

I can not make a payment for Microsoft Music for until 04/25/2017. I bought a XBOX LIVE "GOLD" 12 months card for $59.99 from GameStop in January 2017 for my son's XBOX and activated in January. I'm confused as to why I'm being billed for this Microsoft
Music. Could I please get an explanation.

you'll need to use other payment methods, you can't buy xbox live with your account balance.

Ok Thanks, But another question.

My Past-Due payment is $10.88 but I hit "Pay now" button, it takes me to another page, saying that I have $4.12 in my account and total remaining is $6.76 .

So my question is, I should pay $10.88 or $6.76?

(I'm asking this because I should buy Visa card gift card since our banks aren't connected to International banks :/ )

 

It sounds like you have $4.12 in your Microsoft account balance (which you can check at Sign in to your Microsoft account) so if you use that, you will only need to pay the $6.76 on your card.
