Past due payment not payable.

Hello i can't pay my past due payment from online because it says that my payment option as already been entered and to try again unless it keeps happening then to get support so i have got support the only place i could manage to get support because the
chats with support team arn't working but anyway it wont let me pay with a payment methord i have used multiple times for xbox live gold and it has enough money in the account but it just won't let me pay it also when i go onto my xbox one and try to login

I can not make a payment for Microsoft Music for until 04/25/2017. I bought a XBOX LIVE "GOLD" 12 months card for $59.99 from GameStop in January 2017 for my son's XBOX and activated in January. I'm confused as to why I'm being billed for this Microsoft
Music. Could I please get an explanation.

when i go through all the things i have wrong ect then get to the box that says chat and how many people are in que when i click on the box it takes me to a page saying somethings moved on the website and to start again from the home page
