Thanks for reaching out to us for this issue. When it comes to paying a past due balance on a subscription in your account, you'll need to pay the full balance due using a credit or debit card. Gift cards and pre-paid codes will not settle the balance. I

thanks for your response .. i've been trying to do that but they're not letting me talk to anyone

first i get the stupid virtual agent

and then i wait for half an hour and the circle keeps spinning

1. Contact us here
2. Select Billing
3. Say No thanks to the virtual agent
4. Select Error Messages and codes
5. Skip step 3 and go to step 4
6. Select request a callback from support

There is also chat support with a live agent.
