Past Due Bill? & Renewal

If you had subscribed to an Xbox service (Live Gold/GamePass etc) you must cancel the automatic renewal. If no card or payment method is linked on the account and you have not turned off or cancelled your subscription, you will potentially be liable for
paying this debt.

I can only assume that the reason why is because the debt has accrued over a long period of time.

If you believe that the amount taken for the period is incorrect, please contact billing & subscriptions at Xbox Support using the link below so they can check your account.

Yes, you first have to pay the past due amount and then you can buy the 3 months. Make sure to turn off recurring billing once you pay for your subscription to prevent this from happening again.

Did you have an active subscription before gping offline 43 days?

Your subscription will alwaya be renewed if not canceled
