    Past due and paypal/microsoft logic


    How is it that it is okay to use real money to buy gift cards of diffrent amounts and use them for everything in store,but when it comes to past due paying i need linked paypal(wich i have) to pay for past due? Logic is flawed,cause right now i have to
    wait couple days to put money on my bank account and use pay pal to pay for something i already have money but aparently not real one.

    Paying past due amount using Microsoft account money

    My gold membership is past due. So now it's suspended and i cannot pay the past due amount with the money i have in my Microsoft account.... The past due amount is 10 dollars and i got 21 dollars in my Microsoft account... Help please
    The only way to pay a past due amount is via either a debit/credit card or paypal account.

    I can't resubscribe my past overdue game pass ultimate it just keeps taking me back to the sign in page. Really annoying

    If your GPU is past due, then you need to contact the billing dept and pay the past due amount with a credit card or paypal. Once you pay the past due, then you can subscribe to GPU like normal.

    If your question is can you pay a past due amount with Microsoft account currency gift cards the answer is no.

    You would have to pay with another payment option like a credit/debit card or PayPal you would not be able to use the same payment option that is currently past due.

    Unfortunately, you're not able to use Microsoft Credit to pay for memberships. You'll need to pay with your Paypal account or credit/debit card.
