    Hello, I was trying to send a message on xbox one and it said I couldn't because of my past behavior. I didn't do anything, what should I do!

    If the system still won't let you play then try power cycling the console to see if that helps.

    I still get a message that I have to choose something else when trying to play Friday the 13th online, any way to fix that, my suspension ended at 140 today?
