    I Can't Access My Xbox Insider Hub app !!!

    can someone please help me out with my issue , everytime i try to open the Xbox Insider App it says i can't join because of my past behavior ?

    so I got banned from messaging people on xbox live it says "Because of your past behavior you are unable to send messages" I don't know how long this lasts and my xbox live partys wont work either please help
