Past ban

hello, bit of a hard story to explain but In short, another play was abusive to me after a match we had played, he tired to invite me to his party but I ignored this so he messaged me all these abusive messages, in the end he called me autistic which actually
I am so I felt even more attacked so after heeps of abuse I ended up swearing saying go F yourself and blocked him but he had the nerve to report me and I got a 24hour ban. Because of this I can’t do anything anything like change my avatar can’t anyone help?

Comm bans affect more than comms?

If it's past your 3rd ban you possibly could have received a online ban along with the comm ban.

So I recently was banned for 2 weeks due to "harassment, abuse, threats" and I waited out the ban. Enforcement says I have no active bans but when I login it says I'm communication banned. None of the past bans say anything about this being past the end
date of the last ban. Someone let me know what going on or how long it lasts?

 

Unfortunately there wouldn't be anything that could be done. Since you did say something that violated the code of conduct, the suspension would have been warranted and there would be no way to remove it from your enforcement history.

 

will I be able to change my avatar and things like that in the future or is that it? Thanks for the reply btw dude

 

I've never really heard of a suspension like that keeping you from being able to change it, but I would assume that after a period of time it will let you. I'm not sure though.

To try and get your ban lifted, you will need to make a case review by clicking here. It is unlikely they will overturn it though because 1) It is a 24hr ban and by the time
they see it, it will have ended 2) Swearing is against the terms of service even if someone provoked you.

 

Part of a communications suspension is sharing content with other people changing your avatar would be considered sharing content so that is probably what has happened and once your suspension is up you should have that privilege back.

That is an account ban, changing an avatar is not related to communications.

i have seen where it will not allow players to play on their my park on NBA2k games because that is considered sharing content when playing that game your sharing my park info.

 

Never heard of that, but hey I've never been banned so I wouldn't know how it works.
