    Past 96 hours and still no update on Xbox Live Rewards


    So you all state that points and such will be updated within 96 hours of purchase...is that 96 hours in real human time or your version of time that nobody is aware of yet? It has been 5 days (well over 96 hours) and nothing has been updated yet. If you
    are going to tell everyone that it takes up to 96 hours at least hold yourself to that number. If you need someone to help you figure that out, I am available for a consultant and my fee is not too bad.

    It takes 96 hours for purchases to update on the website. If it has been more than 96 hours already then support will have to check your account to see what the issue is. The reward team works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business
    days to respond.

    PLEASE NOTE: You posted in the discussion forum, the staff does NOT monitor this forum. If it has past 96 hours and you still need assistance you will want to re-post and change the sub-forum TYPE to SUPPORT in order to receive assistance.

    I can't sign up.

    I live in England and am over 13 but when ever I try to sign up it logs me out and says:
    Unfortunately, you can't join Xbox Live Rewards at the moment. It's strictly because you need an Xbox Live account to join Xbox Live Rewards. Just follow these simple steps:

    Step 1: Connect to your Xbox One or Xbox 360

    Step 2: Join Xbox Live*

    Step 3: Come back and sign up for Xbox Live Rewards

    If you have already taken the steps listed, please try again soon.

    *After you create an Xbox Live account, it can take up to 96 hours for you to be able to join Xbox Live Rewards. If it has been over 96 hours and you still see this message, please contact Xbox
    Live Rewards support using one of the methods here    .
    I have an Xbox live Gold yearly subscription and my account is way, way older than 96 hours.
    Can anyone help?

    It takes about 96 hours for the program to update with new purchases. If it's been over 96 hours, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum so support can check into it for you.
