    okay so I need help,i made my microsoft account passwordless and had 2fa in hopes of being secure.

    what happened afterwards is a few months ago I changed my phone password and didn't know that the 2fa had verified an old phone number since I had two step also on,so I'm in an endless cycle of trying to recover my main microsoft account. any help? Microsoft can't assist others with 2fa on.

    Hello Zu, actually in these cases it is not possible to recover your account without having access to the phone number that received the security number, and unfortunately it is not possible to make an account recovery with 2Fa enabled.

    Enable 2FA fortnite

    To opt into Two-Factor Authentication:

    1. In your ACCOUNT Settings, click on the PASSWORD & SECURITY tab to view your security settings.
    2. At the bottom of the page, under the TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION heading, click to ENABLE AUTHENTICATOR APP or ENABLE EMAIL AUTHENTICATION as your two-factor method.
    If you prefer to use an authenticator app for two-step verification, here are a few common authenticator apps that can be found in your mobile device app store:

    • Google Authenticator
    • LastPass Authenticator
    • Microsoft Authenticator
    • Authy
    Keep your account safe and remember, Epic employees will never ask for your password!

    I would like to clarify first on the concern: you want to enable two-step verification on your Microsoft Account but unable to do so because you have 2 Microsoft Accounts that is using the same email, correct?
