    Password Reset


    This isn't my account, had to make another one so I could ask for help.

    Okay will I have had my Live account for 5 years and my One had break so I sold it and then got a 4 and was planning on getting another one but I forgot my password. And I went through all of the things to get the password reset link but it never gets sent
    to my email. But I know my email is correct because I get emails about my account and I don't want to lose the friends, gamer score and everything so please anyone give more help or tips.

    yea i do get them, but i have stopped using it in the past month, as ive switched to hotmail.

    If you can sign into the Yahoo email address on Yahoo then there should be no problem with getting a reset link sent to it for the Windows Live side of things. Check all spam, thrash and junk folders just in case.

    Send the reset link by following the Forgotten Password strings here... www.login.live.com

    If you cant sign into Yahoo mail then you need to sort that first!

    If you are not in the US then replace the red US above w/ yr country code

    (i.e., CA for Canada, GB for Great Britain, et al.)



    Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue

    and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.

    both these profiles are now on the console. i just download the new one (mighty squash) to the console so i can delete it. should i do that. i dont want this new one but. so do i delete it our give it a new email
