Password Reset/turn off option??

Hello everyone. Well, my little brother has an Xbox Live account, and he ended up selecting the option to sign-in with his Outlook password... The thing is... he's extremely forgetful, and now we can't get back into his account due to him forgetting his
password... I've tried to reset his password... and no luck with that as it's a fairly new account and he's not old enough to have a bank account/credit card, so that doesn't help..... Any suggestions? Thanks. ^^;;;

Deleting your account off the console will not end auto-renewal. You have to turn auto-renewal off via the website or by calling support.

Sorry to hear it. A password is a personal thing and is not stored anywhere for others to access. If you are unable to change the password due to missing information then I'm afraid there's nothing that anyone else can do to help.

As onyxishere said, the password is not stored anywhere for people to access. However, you can attempt to use this guide to reset that password if you haven't already.
