Password reset codes im not requesting

The bizarre thing here is they request a password reset and then the password is changed all in an instant. They do not have access to my emails to see the code that was sent out which means that the microsft security has been breached.

Once again i sent off a request and they got back to me telling me that using a link i could get sent an email letting me reset the password however the email allowing me to reset, gets sent to the very same email im trying to get into.... *SIGH*

If they don't reply to your password reset you can't post can you? 7 password resets requests yesterday still no email today.

Sorry for the confusion.

Unfortunately there is no means to prevent the console from being reset to factory defaults as this is a feature that is built into the device for troubleshooting purposes. However, as stated by @RandyAU93,
when a reset is performed it has no effect on parental settings or passkeys.

That could be a good idea to set up in a future update to our services though. If you would like to submit this suggestion directly to Microsoft, feel free to post this to Xbox Ideas. If your post gets a lot of attention there from others like yourself,
it could increase the chances that it is worked on for a future update.
