Password recovery

Has anyone had luck with password recovery!!?!! Can I get my password a different way ?! I know longer have my old phone number and the password recovery is saying I’m not providing enough information! I’m so distraught!!!! I can’t recover my password and I’ve answered the questions to the best of my abilities! I was a child when I made this account I don’t remember half of the previous passwords ! There has to be an easier way to access this! All of my memories are gone now because I kept getting declined by a computer!!

I suggest using the xbox.com/forgot page to see if that helps you recover any forgotten information. If it doesn't, I suggest using the
Contact Us page to set up a support call with an account specialist who can take you through your options.

Hi there! Christopher here, an Xbox fan and been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I forgot both my password and email as well, after months of trying to get it back a user suggested to do the following and it worked!

You need to create another account. Once you make the account, you should use the new account to login and select “forgot password.”

Choosing the “forgot password” option will send you a link to fill out some questions and information so Microsoft can verify that is your account, then you need to wait for Microsoft to contact you for more assistance and the recover your account!
