Discus and support Password/ parental control lock in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have bought a second hand Xbox but it is password protected I have registered it to my Microsoft account can someone advise how to clear the password...     Hello, I would contact support for this issue, you might not be able too. All that should have been removed and set back to factory default before sold. You might need to return it to where you purchased it at.

    You should always provide an error code.

    If you don't have access to the parental controls, make sure you are not using login data from a wrong account. There is no way to get around the parental lock, once it's on. However, the parent has the ability to reset their password.
